Small but strong hammer for tent pegs

Very handy camping hammer - small but very effective for driving tent pegs into the ground quickly. Because it's so small, there's always room for this handy hammer (unlike the bigger types), which is why I never leave the house without it. This speeds up the tent setup enormously before the sun goes down and it gets dark. I borrowed mine from the last Boy Scout party and people loved them so I'm buying another one. Highly recommended.

Pros
  • Free for educational purposes
Cons
  • Definitely bad product

Solid Hammer. There is no noticeable difference in feed at the two ends.

Without testing equipment I can't say with absolute certainty that there isn't a difference in the softness or pliability of the two ends, but I can't tell the difference with my fingers. It's also a well-made hammer that's good value for money. I can confirm that other reviews have mentioned that the ends come loose with relative ease during use. Something that Loctite will easily loosen. I give one star because the manufacturer didn't take care of it before shipping.

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • Not the best

Cheap but high quality

I really liked the hammer, cheap and high quality. Bought to use primarily on my AR-15 and it works great. The mullet is a bit bigger than I thought it would be, but that's not a big problem. It has a very good weight, so it is neither too heavy nor too light. The exchangeable/interchangeable heads are also nice. I don't think I'll have to replace them any time soon, but it's nice to know I have the option. I've seen several other similar multi-head hammers but thought this might be a bit…

Much smaller than I thought

Does the job but wow it's small. I thought it might be too cheap for a soft mallet, but either I didn't read the description well or it wasn't on the list - the thing is the size of a regular mallet, not a rubber mallet. It worked, although he and I are too…

Very handy, great price

I wish I had bought a hammer like this years ago. Very convenient for general use. I mainly use it for woodworking, but it's also great for assembly and general repairs. It won't leave a mark or damage the object you're working on unless you're really unaware. So far the plastic end has held up quite well even after repeated hits. The quality seems to be better than the corresponding Harbor Freight Hammer. The screws on the ends are a bit loose and don't tighten to my satisfaction and the…

Pros
  • Great for a small home
Cons
  • Crumpled

There are several Sears hammers, master. all are broken and most are only 10 months old. I used to just hand them in and get new ones for free. but the quality is deteriorating. and shops are closing, so it becomes harder to get them back. So I saw this hammer for under $10. so i have one. Use this hammer more than 1000 times a day for a week. he behaved well. So good I bought 2 more, they slip out of my tool belt quicker and are easier to grab. Overall lighter weight but still does the job…

Good little hammer. Definitely worth $10

good hammer. I got mine to put plastic fittings in the watering pipe. The small size is very practical for me, since most of my work takes place in the limited space in the burrows. I can unscrew one side of the head to make the hammer even smaller while still being effective for my purpose. For me this was a much better option than the cheaper bulky rubber mallets. I don't think mine has worn out from accidentally hitting the plastic, but if you knock a lot you can easily switch heads, which…

Great product for the price.

I bought this product to clean and care for guns. It's always good to have a rubber mallet for something like this. Although it's heavier than it looks, I was pleasantly surprised by the build quality and size for only $10. Although I could have used a smaller, shorter hammer, this is a must-have tool if you frequently take your gun apart for cleaning, maintenance, or upgrading. I'm happy with this purchase and would say it's a must have if you're working or messing around with smaller, more…
