Decent quality steel wool. This is similar to other steel wool pads I've used in the past. His wool comes in a roll rather than a block. You can tear off the desired length from the roll. It may have been a mistake but I only received one roll of steel wool despite the title and photos suggesting it was a pack of 2 rolls.
