I like how easy it is to use and navigate through. The bots are very helpful and provide answers and solutions to questions about campus services. It has been great having the campus directory available at all times with the bot. Sometimes it gets confused when you don't have an account or there are multiple accounts of the same user. Also sometimes the bot doesn't work as expected so you need to go into the app and tell it what action to take. This can be frustrating especially if you're trying to get something resolved quickly. We are solving issues regarding getting information from the campus directory. We also use the bot to answer any questions we may come across.
