Great tool that improves productivity in any organization

The most helpful feature of this software is its ability to help with customer service issues as well as other day to day tasks. I can't think of anything it does poorly or could be improved upon at all. It's great because you get real time responses from people who are trained professionals. You don't have to wait days/weeks for an answer like some companies do. We use it primarily for communication between customers and agents but we also use it internally when something needs to be done…

Great tool for troubleshooting IT problems

I like how easy it is to use and navigate through. The bots are very helpful and provide answers and solutions to questions about campus services. It has been great having the campus directory available at all times with the bot. Sometimes it gets confused when you don't have an account or there are multiple accounts of the same user. Also sometimes the bot doesn't work as expected so you need to go into the app and tell it what action to take. This can be frustrating especially if you're…
