Review on Plantronics 209747 22 Headset Passive Reduction by Renee Patterson

Simple headset, ideal for the home office. I work from home and am very sensitive to sound quality. The sound is great. I leave the USB port plugged in for VoIP and I can unplug and plug it into my mobile device or tablet. On first use I couldn't figure out why there was a loud ringing sound when using my PC. You must insert the connector all the way in so that the red wire is not visible, as shown in the picture. I know this is obvious but wanted to share if you run into the same problem.
