I like that it is easy to add and remove tracks for each of my family members in an emergency. I also like being able to track everything through the website and receive text messages when someone calls into the system. It is sometimes hard to keep up with all of the different track types. For example, if a member calls us the information automatically goes to crisis track but if they call 911 or go to their general practitioner we have no way of knowing unless we check crisis track again later that day. Make sure you know how to access and use this program very well before needing it. There are other great products out there, but they do not give me the ability to keep track of multiple issues throughout my life. The issue tracker. There is nothing that I dislike about this software, it works great. Sometimes you have to restart your computer when an update or patch comes out due to issues with compatibility. When this occurs we just make sure all our backups are up-to-date in case of data loss. We've had no problems since implementing this software into our organization's system.
