Review on Public Performance Management by Alfredo Testerman

I like how easy it is for me as an employee of this organization using PPCM software that's available through my agency or directly from their website! There are some things which could be improved such us making sure there were more options when choosing what type you want your performance management process set up out; however all around great product with many features offered within each plan we have chosen so far!! We use our program at work specifically because they offer different plans depending upon needs/budget etc.; therefore having multiple choices makes sense since not everyone has exactly same need than others do - hence why public service employees tend towards these types programs if its something similar then maybe other companies will benefit too?
