Firstly, the instructions that come with it are very vague. The instructions on their website give more details, but after the fourth attempt at programming, the lights still didn't go out at the scheduled hour. I watched the video and repeated all the steps but again it didn't work. I hate the confusing remote design and the vague digital face answers. I may be misunderstanding this, but I work with computers and when I'm having a hard time, I can only imagine how the technological plebeian might feel.
