Somehow "Fits?" WRONG. Revane also has the wrong image. This part number 6924 is for Ford 4.6 SOHC 8 cylinder. Consider the picture as proof that it is wrong. Read other reviews. According to the installation instructions, it is for Ford Exp or Ranger 4.0. Now that I know that Revain can be so seriously wrong, I'll use another quote to double-check the setup. So if you need this part #6924 for the Ford F150 or it is a suitable 4.6 engine then you have come to the right place. Sorry to be inflexible, but everyone needs the right parts for the right repair or replacement. Very few people will order this part unless they need urgent repairs to their car and vehicle. Jack
