Works like a small air conditioner

Very easy to use. You just have to add some ice water and it works like a little conditioner. I use it when I watch TV in the living room. My normal air conditioner is very noisy, so I use this fan when the weather is not very hot. Very quiet. I love it because it can regulate both the wind and the chill. The size is small, but the power is strong.
