I lost 20 pounds in 2 months (yes, 60 days). And I also counted calories every day with MyFitnessPalL - carnitine helps lower blood pressure and inflammation in the arteries. So I'm not saying that this product itself made a difference. But this product is the first thing I religiously take every morning. This product tastes good and I want to keep using it.
