Gets rid of cold feet and legs - no heating!

At 200W (two 100W bulbs), this device won't heat up your basement office BUT it will keep your legs and feet warm if you sit at your desk for a long time. Safe to use and absolutely silent (no fan noise). You have to get it very close to your feet or you won't feel radiant heat, but that's a minor issue. Recommended product!
