Winter is hell for me and my lips. I have chapped lips 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and I chew and bite on them constantly. I keep 20 different lip balms (one in each purse, in my coat, on my desk, by my bed, in every room) and use them throughout the day for temporary relief. I've tried dozens of brands and formulas and none of them seem to last. I lick them off quickly and that's it. Some days it gets so bad they bleed. I heard from dr. Lipp's nipple cream and wanted to try it but felt too weird to carry a bottle that said 'nipple cream' and put it on my lips. So I came across this cream because of the high lanolin content. It's been about a week and I continue to see improvements. This material is thick. I have to apply it a lot less often and to be honest the thickness and taste is a bit odd so I don't lick it off my lips. The smell is a bit strange, like a mix of hay and pear. I don't even know how to describe it.
