The ease of use, how easy it was for our drivers trainees/new employees or contractors etc., I mean everyone in my organization can see all their driving records without having access issues! Great product!! Would love more options like customizing alerts as well but this isn't an issue atm because we are small & new business so not much customization would be needed until they grow with us.. We have been using EPIFLEET since day one when i started working here 5 years ago now - It has helped reduce paper work by about 95%. Easy to use software, best customer support. Nothing at all! We are using this tool since one year and we are very satisfied with it. I can say that this is an excellent tool for managing the fleet. You should try it out! It's a great tool. My company used to have many problems with our fleet management system. We were using old software and it was not easy to work with.
