Epifleet - Best Fleet Management Software

The ease of use, how easy it was for our drivers trainees/new employees or contractors etc., I mean everyone in my organization can see all their driving records without having access issues! Great product!! Would love more options like customizing alerts as well but this isn't an issue atm because we are small & new business so not much customization would be needed until they grow with us.. Easy-to Use Vehicle Tracking Software

The best part of using epiflet, I think it's ease in use for any level user with good support team who can help you out when ever needed through chat or phone call as well! Nothing so far but if there are then please let me know what they're about? Maybe better customer service would be nice too! It helps us track our vehicle usage easily which we couldn't do before this software was introduced into my organization. We also get alerts whenever anything happens like engine failure etc., This…

This is an app that can be used on almost any device, so whether you're at home, on the road or traveling, it can be accessed anytime, anywhere.

With over 20 years experience working with systems like this, I was pretty impressed with how easy it was to use, particularly when trying to set up recurring payments. The UI and functionality are very intuitive and once you get the hang of it, it's a pleasure to use. It has a really great mobile experience, and even better when it comes to accessibility. All the information is available in multiple languages, including English, Spanish, French, Italian, German, Portuguese and Dutch.…

Pros
  • It is a good product, it makes it easy to pay your bills online by automatically charging them directly from your checking account.
  • You can set up automatic payments as often as every day or week and choose to either pay them all at once or let it work behind the scenes for you, making sure that you are paid on time without having to think about it.
  • It does not cost anything extra to create recurring payment settings in addition to creating new ones.
Cons
  • The customer support team did not answer my questions regarding a refund after canceling the subscription and did not respond to my emails.
  • Customer support cannot access my accounts when I provide a username and password to help them solve the problem.
  • When creating a monthly recurring payment it will only charge me one month instead of the whole amount that I wanted.
