Very disappointed with watersports

These earbuds are a waste of money. The instructions are very confusing, and no matter how you put them in your ear, they fall out once you go underwater. I keep trying to reinsert them, but they rarely last a full circle in the pool. The instructions explain that if they don't work (which happens all the time), you need to get professional measurements and ear tips. Should have done it first and saved $25!
