Delicious ice cream. Easy to do. Once frozen in the freezer it will be quite firm and should be left to rest for 10-15 minutes before eating. I've searched the internet for a solution and to no avail. The machine produces chocolate and strawberry ice cream in 15 minutes. When whipped, the top sometimes needs to be secured or it won't rotate properly. For that reason, I'll stay by my side until this is over. It's definitely an economy car, but it works for me. I make a raw milk/cream ice cream with a sugar substitute called Just Like Sugar. This is the only way to get it. It's delicious and nutritious.
