I've been wearing the Baleaf 5 inch running shorts for a few years now and absolutely love them, but I've found that they still limit me a little when I run faster. website that this is the recommended length for men. I tried them for a long time and they were excellent. The build quality is even better than the 5 inch model and the slits on both sides of the shorts allow for more freedom of movement when running at faster speeds like 8:00 min/mile and faster. I definitely recommend trying this out if you're looking for something shorter than 5 inches.
