Great, EASY to understand & user friendly
I like how easy it was for my employees (who have no experience with any other POS software)to learn this program quickly! The Customer Service Team at VRM has been GREAT in helping us get our questions answered every step of way!! There are some features we've wanted but can't seem find them anywhere else - yet? We're hoping they will add these soon so when/if someone asks about something specific while using their business license there won’t be an issue finding out where or what feature would solve whatever question might arise later down road from use cases during training phase only.
Pros
- Easy to teach
- User friendly interface
- Great customer service team is always available if needed :)
Cons
- Would love more variety & options within product offerings
- Not as much customization / integration choices vs competitors, suchas Ziosk etc.
- Some limitations around printing receipts via mobile device that doesn' t print directly onto receipt paper instead prints into PDF format then you need Adobe Reader installed locally which seems unnecessary since everything could just come
