I can't unpair my phone

So first of all this receiver works very well. I have an if for a car with an AUX input so I can stream audio from my phone to the car sound system. My problem is that I can't turn it off. No matter what I do, it keeps turning on and pairing with my phone, disabling all other Bluetooth items. This is an issue as I work from home and use a bluetooth headset to speak to a client. Despite being in the car in the garage, Ugreen relentlessly connects to my phone and disconnects my headset. How to disable this thing?
