Review on Small-Sized Rechargeable Digital Hearing Aids With Noise Cancelling - Banglijian Ziv-201A (Pair) by Chris Bradford

Banglijian Where Were You $12,000.00 Ago?

I want anyone who is hearing impaired to be informed about this product and this company. I purchased two Ziv-201A hearing aids (yes they are hearing aids no matter the name the company is forced to use) on February 16, 2019. They arrived on time. I followed the instructions and discovered that one of the hearing aids didn't seem to charge. I contacted Branglijian through ebay and was contacted in less than ten hours. I was given instructions to try another charge for a longer period of time. Unfortunately that didin't work. I was told I would have a replacement hearing aid sent to me within two days. I received the replacement exactly as I was told I would. I was told not to return the inoperable hearing aid and keep what I might use in the future. No questions. No fuss. No waiting. I made another request to purchase extra ear tubes and ear hook attachments my daughter mistakenly threw away thinking they were not wanted. I was contacted again within hours and was told not to worry, Banglijian would ship them to me no cost. Wow! I'm a manufacturer of several of my own products including selling directly to consumers. I have had customer frequently say our customer service is the best they have encountered in their adult life. We know that customer service is critical. Our customers know we aren't abandoning them after the sale and they not only appreciate the support but tell everyone who might need what we manufacture to call us. Its a win win. Well there is another company in that category as well. It is Banglijian. I have been hearing impaired for 30 plus years due to hearing loss as a general contractor. We old guys were too tough to wear hearing protection, duhh. Until now I've spent over $12,000.00 on different types of hearing aids including ones that are behind the ear like the Ziv-201A (the Ziv-201A is a wee bit bigger but so what?). I was told for 30 years by various "hearing experts" with their never ending hearing tests that I went to see that "I just had to accept that my hearing loss could not be corrected (read that as "so I could hear"). Periodically I was periodically contacted that a new technology was now available and come on in and lets see how they can help you. Of course no trade in or credit for the $4,000.00 hearing aids I purchased a few prior. But I wanted to hear! The Ziv-201A provided the solution I've been trying to find for 30+ years. And for 6% of what these expert said I had to pay for their "state of the art" hearing aids. My wife of 40 years has tirelessly endured my loud voice, my "What did you say?", " What did he (they) say?" "Huh?" and occasionally the loud TV (I have head phones that allow me to set my own volume) and extremely loud radio in the car while driving. For two months now that is no longer our life. I can again enjoy how loud the world is. But now I can take out the Banglijian hearing aids and have a little peace and quiet. There is a down side however. Now when my wife calls me, I can no longer claim I didn't hear her.
