Amazing. I used Ultima before trying this. I like the taste of Ultima but this product works better. My body absorbs water. In less than 24 hours I can't tell you about the tremendous improvement in my body. This year I was in the hospital almost every month. I feel like my days of frequent hospital visits are over. I encourage everyone to at least try. I've used a ton of different electrolyte supplements over the years and this wins by a wide margin. The taste isn't great, but it could definitely be worse. I really wouldn't care if it tasted awful because it works. It's a bit like a lemon slice if it didn't have the sweetness in it. My water will never be without again.
