Today I used it for the first time. It is very powerful and cuts onions well. During the process it is important to lift the engine over the container several times. Otherwise it will crush anything you try to hack. The instructions are not very detailed, but very simple. It's small so I made 1 onion in 3 passes. The caps are difficult to remove, especially when your hands are wet. I had a paper towel on hand that I used to cover the lid when I removed the lid. I'll update my review if there's anything to note after trying it on other things.
