Your skin produces oil and when it sits on this vinyl material, your skin and oil create a sticky feel and your skin sticks to it. I buy white non-vinyl jewelry, they are all jewelry and your skin will not stick to them. Don't buy a vinyl cover, it's like the original cover which is vinyl and your hand sticks to it so the vinyl material will wear out and won't last long. I'm returning this one, I'm buying white hard jewels that don't have vinyl.
