Works very well for drawing moisture out of the air. It's a very strong smell at first, but after a day you almost don't feel it anymore. It is very good to see how it works when the bag slowly fills with water. when deaerated water seeps onto something (because the flakes that dehumidify the air contain plastics that can stain). So I'm very careful about where I put them so they don't fall off, and I'm careful about throwing them away once they're full. I use them in every closet, in the "fish room" and I use them in our RV. I'd love to use them in the bathrooms but they're big, an eyesore and will probably fill up after a shower lol.
