I bought the Bear kettle and kettle as a birthday present for my mum who wanted a nice kettle to use to make porridge and tea. The device worked flawlessly for several weeks and there were no problems. Then suddenly, without warning, the glass shattered while being used to make tea. The kettle could still hold water, but the defect will be returned. Advantages: 1. Easy to clean2. Good Features 3. Heats water quickly 4. Easy to read display Cons: 1. Glass may break with prolonged use. The rubber ring of the inner filter bowl holding device is not held properly, and sometimes the filter bowl falls into the water and spills the contents.3. Some of the menu functions are a bit confusing.
