Biggest bang for your buck.

I love this lens! I use a lot. Probably my most used lens. This is a manual focus lens. If you're buying this for the Canon M50 you'll also need to go into the settings for non-AF lenses to work. I honestly can't remember the settings right now, but I found tutorials on YouTube that were very helpful. One of my best lenses for the money. Robust construction! all metal. It's also pretty compact. There is a 35mm version of this lens that is just as good, but for some reason I like the 25mm version better. It's obviously a wide angle lens and that's probably why I like it better.

Pros
  • ADVANCED OPTICS: lens structure 7 elements in 5 groups, multi-coated; The high-definition anti-reflective coating suppresses lens flare and ghosting, and improves contrast and color fidelity. Minimum focusing distance 0.16 m
Cons
  • Functionality
