The mobile app is very easy to use, it's great that you can integrate with other apps like Waze, so if you're driving in the area, you'll have your route mapped out and know where you are at all times. If you're not familiar with using the app, the training is not as thorough as I would have liked but they do offer a free demo version that does provide some insight into how to operate the app. I recommend doing the demo prior to purchasing just to make sure you understand how everything works. The main benefit of this product is its ease of use and the fact that it will notify you when something is going wrong or needs attention. It also shows the location of the incident so you don't need to worry about not knowing what happened and being able to see exactly where you were.
