It has been great to have so many options available via this software, it really makes your job as both manager & employee easier! The ease of use, it's intuitive design makes learning how to navigate through all features quick and easy. It has great customer service support as well that are always willing to help out with any inquiries or questions you might have about the product. I dislike not being able to create new users accounts without contacting them first which can be time consuming especially if they don't follow up quickly enough.
