Review on 15.6 Inch Portable Touchscreen Monitor by ZEUSLAP by Jay Lee

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Tried 3 options, doesn't work! **REDACTED AND WORKING ON 10/31/22**

Original 1 star rating: I got this because I thought it was something I could use and it seemed really cool. I was thrilled when it arrived and opened it right away. The packaging initially looked promising. It contained several cables/cords, an instruction manual and a screen protector. The first problem was with the screen protector! Some bubbles wouldn't come out even though I went through them several times. I spent about 10-20 minutes trying to get every little bubble out. I gave up thinking it was ok since they were so small. There are pictures with bubbles. But the real problem lies in the substance they contain. DO NOT USE! It spilled and basically fell apart when I used it. He peeled everywhere. I threw it away. And then came the real disappointment. I got this because I thought I could use it with my phone. Currently I have just moved and have no WiFi and my phone has a very small screen. So getting a huge monitor sounded amazing to him! I followed all the instructions and good as you can see. Nothing! This was promising because when I plugged it in, the screen lit up and changed color (seen in the video). But that's apparently all this monitor can do. It prompts you to download an app with the equivalent of 0 stars. Almost 1,000 reviews and everything is terrible. Basically the app doesn't work at all and definitely not with the monitor. What is this "network" and why do I need an application to use the monitor? I should be able to plug in my device and use it as an extension of myself! I tried all sides of this app and this company but nothing worked. And if I wanted to try again, I would have to buy external cables or even some kind of "wireless adapter". It makes no sense. I then tried it out with my Nintendo Switch because it's advertised with it. Obviously you don't need to use the document as usual and it plugs directly into the Nintendo Switch charging port? And as you can see from my photo, that didn't work either. My switch seemed to know it was connected to something, but the monitor didn't. And finally, I tried to connect it to my computer to make it act as a third monitor. As with monitors, all you have to do is plug it in... and it still doesn't work! And my biggest problem is that the cable is VERY short! I had to hold the monitor on my lap so he could reach it! It's unlikely to go beyond my computer, so unless your computer or even your Switch embraces you, it won't do. does not work either. I am so deeply disappointed as other products from this company have seemed excellent. After my friends and I spent 3 hours trying to get this article to work. We came to the conclusion that this is just one dose. I'm frustrated, frustrated and quite annoyed. For the $200 price point, you'd expect it to do more than just flash a few colors on the screen. Edited to a 3 star rating: After some discussions with the company they contacted me and we worked on solutions to make things right. . It was still a bit difficult and I thought my product would be a failure, but I guess it's just a bit the other way around? Since my ports worked the other way around, as my interlocutor told me + instructions. Overall they were very nice and really wanted to help me so I appreciate that, I just wish it wasn't so difficult? But on the other hand I think my product is a bit backwards haha. After we got it working it's really amazing and exactly what I wanted! I'm only raising it to 4 stars because of the complexity of the plug and play monitor. I have to try again with my computer but I basically wanted it with my Switch and it works like that so I'm over it again! I'm also reducing it to 3 as you may need to purchase additional cables depending on your devices. In order for my phone to work with it, I have to buy a $40 cable! And I bought another one to try and get it working sooner. It's a universal cable so it makes sense with or without it, but I'm a little frustrated that you have to buy something so expensive since the devices themselves don't have the usual universal USB connectors. Anyway, the company was very nice, helpful and patient, so I definitely like it as it's always good when a company wants to help. Only deducted 1 star due to the complexity and the extra dollars to spend if the device was not designed for a specific purpose. you want it BUT its ok i guess. If it weren't for the extra cost and complexity, I would definitely give it 5 stars. (( Pokemon Sword/Shield on screen! Looks the same as mine on TV! No lag and great display! No sound but great sound))
