Review on SYGAV Android Stereo 2009 2014 Navigation by Jared Winebrenner

Get started. First off, I have a 2015 Chevrolet Cruze with a Pioneer system, no amp. Already during the installation I could tell that there would be problems. In my car (photo 3) there are many more connections than on the back of the radio (photo 4). Here's what I know: 1: The factory rear view camera does NOT work with this unit, in fig 2 you can see the connector is the yellow RCA jack that comes with the radio, there is no RCA jack in the car wiring. as shown in fig. 3 need factory assembly wiring harness to connect, SYGAV does not provide any, and I've searched the web for one for the Cruze.2 with no luck: the factory mic port does NOT work. If like me you have a factory mic in your car the connector doesn't match anything on the back of the radio, the radio has a built in mic so there it is.3. absolutely no sound from the unit, hooking up all the wires that could be plugged in I tuned it in, tuned the radio to the station, no music, nothing, as I said, I had SEVERAL factory connectors that didn't plug into anything on the back The radio I'm pretty sure one of them was for speakers. I got the GPS system working and it's great! Very accurate, the bluetooth to my phone worked too, as did the steering wheel controls. The touchscreen was very responsive and soft to the touch. I just want everything else to work, I really wanted this to work, the factory system just isn't enough and other Android devices require a Metra adapter which looks awful and leaves you with an unusable factory display. I might take this to a professional installer and see what they think they might have access to more harness connectors that are needed. UPDATE: I got the rear camera system working, after a long search I found the factory. Holding harness that WORKS!
