Much better than any fixed part clips available. Too bad the description doesn't mention this and the pictures show him holding the bulb up but not how you make it work. Either way, you can't go wrong with this. Figure 1 shows the clamp as it is supplied as a single part. Figure 2 shows the spring portion of the clip separated from the gutter clip. Figure 3 shows how to use it to keep the lamp upright. Figure 4 shows how you can use it to hold the lightbulb pointing out from the gutter. There are many other ways you can use them with different lamp styles and sizes.
