OEM fits my 2005 Acura TL perfectly. The hardest part of the replacement was unplugging the wire connector on the old O2 sensor. passenger side in front of the engine. There are two clips - first press the one holding the connector to the bracket by pushing towards the motor and sliding the bracket. Then press the second one to remove the connector from the wiring harness. All went well with the offset O2 sensor socket, 3/8 ratchet and extension. The new one has an antiseptic so installation was quick. It's more expensive than non-OEM, but it more than makes up for it with the right connector.
