2005 Acura TL Bank 1 Sensor 1

Replaced the old 145,000 mile O2 sensor. It was between the engine and the firewall. I had to remove the strut brace, which is not critical. I also used a special O2 sensor removal tool to do this.

Pros
  • Great overall performance
Cons
  • Some minor things

REPLACED BANK 1 SENSOR 1

Installed on my 2003 Honda Accord EX V6 coupe. I replaced Bank 1 Sensor 1 (REVERSE FLOW). Installation was pretty easy, just make sure you have a PB Blaster. Note that this is the same sensor as bank 2 sensor 1.

Pros
  • price
Cons
  • drilled package

Great spare part!

It installed on my 2006 Honda Pilot and worked like a champ. In fact, I installed two of them. The check engine light has gone out and all misfires have stopped. Great product to replace OEM oxygen sensors at a fraction of the cost!

Pros
  • Sea of positive emotions
Cons
  • Vulgarity

It's good that I compared it to the old device.

When I received it the wires were not in the correct mating position for my application. This was the right device for my application both in the Revain search and on the MFR website. It's good that I compared it to the old block, as the sensor is in an awkward spot, to remove it I had to unplug and repin. It's easy, but you don't have to do it. It installed perfectly and works great.

Pros
  • One year trial
Cons
  • Lots of stuff

Original OEM Best Sensor Sensors

NTK/NGK are original O2 sensors for Honda and other manufacturers so I bought these for my 2004 TL. It is made in Japan and fits and works as intended. I installed the high flow sensors but kept the original sensors for any cases that still had the original O2 sensors attached. Honda-stamped sensors (the sensor is actually NTK-stamped, although not easy to read) cost twice as much. just like NTK, although they are the same parts. If you drive a Japanese car and the O2 sensor fails, use NTK in…

Installing OEM is no problem.

OEM fits my 2005 Acura TL perfectly. The hardest part of the replacement was unplugging the wire connector on the old O2 sensor. passenger side in front of the engine. There are two clips - first press the one holding the connector to the bracket by pushing towards the motor and sliding the bracket. Then press the second one to remove the connector from the wiring harness. All went well with the offset O2 sensor socket, 3/8 ratchet and extension. The new one has an antiseptic so installation…

Pros
  • Pleasant to use
Cons
  • Very expensive

Fits and works as expected on the 08 Acura TL

Purchased from Revain and dispatched in an NTK/NGK box as shown. Supplied in a heat sealable pouch with instructions. The threads have been coated with a lubricant and protected with a plastic cap. Features a gasket so no sealant is required. Fits well, works well. Accepts 7/8" O2 sensor socket. I used the Harbor Freight offset sensor socket. Instructions say to install it by hand and then tighten to 26-33 ft.lbs. Made in Japan. Multiple pics uploaded. Installed in Acura TL 08 with code P0134 I

Pros
  • Impressive

  • Good but not great

OEM exact replacement sensor for my Honda Accord

Bought two of these after the Check Engine Light (CEL) came on, corresponding to OBDII code P2195, "O2 Sensor Stuck Lean, Bank 1, Sensor 1" on my Honda Accord LX 3.0 V6 from 2003. In my case, the defective oxygen sensor corresponded to bank 1 (rear bank), upstream/upstream oxygen sensor (sensor #1). I ordered two of these to replace both sensors - although the top sensor on the other bank was still fine. These sensors turned out to be exact replacements for the original factory sensors on my…
