Bought two of these after the Check Engine Light (CEL) came on, corresponding to OBDII code P2195, "O2 Sensor Stuck Lean, Bank 1, Sensor 1" on my Honda Accord LX 3.0 V6 from 2003. In my case, the defective oxygen sensor corresponded to bank 1 (rear bank), upstream/upstream oxygen sensor (sensor #1). I ordered two of these to replace both sensors - although the top sensor on the other bank was still fine. These sensors turned out to be exact replacements for the original factory sensors on my Accord and even had the exact same ID numbers as the original sensors which were stamped LZA08-H2 - NTK. Yep. I disconnected the battery, put in new replacement sensors and the engine ran fine, even clearing the CEL itself. Been driving it for a couple of weeks with no problems or problems coming back so it's been good. fix d. I would recommend buying or renting an O2 sensor socket (this requires a 22mm (7/8") socket btw as it makes removal and replacement a lot easier and saves time. If you're interested check out ARES an Remove Actuator #70039 3/8" x 7/8" (22mm) with offset oxygen sensor socket, also available here at Revain for $8-9 (as of December 2018). I replaced this earlier and it literally took me less than 15 minutes to remove and replace both sensors - easy as pie.
