Need more detailed instructions. The printed instructions didn't help me at all, but when you buy this online you know Google is just a click away and you can fix it (I looked at [.] for the tool and [.] for instructions when changing the belt ). It took me a few tries to get the other side of the strap onto the tool's hooks as it required some shoulder strength, but once I lifted it onto the tool changing the brush was MUCH easier than using a screwdriver. like me before. Make sure you set the brush ends properly (location of the curved sides and how they lay/face in the body) before removing the strap from the tool (note how the original brush replaces the saddle before removing - please learn you know my mistake lol ). I would have given it 4 stars as the included instructions only cover how to use the tool and nothing to change the straps but I didn't want to ruin all 5 stars for this small complaint. The tool, brush and straps were good so this is a solid 5 star product. Buying Tip - Watch the YouTube video to see how to test the components - you may only need a brush. However, you may also need to replace a cracked hose or other item. It helps if you can know and order everything at once instead of having to remember when you're about to replace the brush and belts.
