To be honest when I first saw this product I thought it was bullshit. I decided to give it a try as I didn't want to spend a lot of money on a famous brand scanner. I received the product and did what he said. It took me a while to connect to my car and when I finally did it threw me back. The scanner was on but couldn't access my 99 f250 sd 7.3L. I wasn't sure if it was the scanner, my machine, or that I was using the app on my iPhone. So I contacted BAFX and was surprised that they are willing to go the extra mile to help me with this issue. They even sent me a new and prepaid package to return the old one. I tried using a new one and finally I was able to connect it! And this time I used my laptop and now it connects with no problems. Needless to say, the support team did a fantastic job and the product works great!
