The software is easy to use and you have a lot of settings to keep track of the time that users spend on applications. You can easily track time and create reports. The interface is pretty simple and the support is quite good. I do not have any complaints. I recommend this product for small and medium companies. It makes it easy to track time spent by users on applications and to create detailed reports. I like that it's very easy to use and also the fact that it offers so many features. The interface could be a bit more user-friendly but this is something that can be fixed with ease. I haven't found anything about this product that I dislike. It really does what it says on the tin. It's definitely worth giving it a go as it's pretty cheap. You get what you pay for. It's great for creating reports and sending them out via email or directly to your customers.
