I received this item and it was well packaged; The gold box was in great condition and packed in bubble wrap + brown box. All utensils were available. I know some people have complained about this but mine arrived in perfect condition. The color of the cutlery is copper-gold rather than real gold. It has some shine but I think since the gold color is a bit muted it doesn't look as shiny. The teaspoon is really tiny. I actually laughed while doing the layout of the room. It looks more like a mocha spoon than a real teaspoon and looks so weird on a set table, especially next to a knife. place setting! Since I almost always serve salad, this is very important. Overall the set feels good and the weight of the individual pieces is good, but if you're looking for a full set-up this isn't it.
