I use it for delivery at different workplaces. It looks fragile but is actually quite strong. The only downside is that all the reels move freely. If you're dragging something heavy, expect it to roll off by itself as you turn a corner. Adding options for locked (not rotated) casters would be helpful. However, it's very convenient and I'm glad I made the investment.
