I love my cutting boards! I bought 18x18 and 8x8 boards and they were exactly as described. Before my boards arrived, I received an email explaining how to care for the boards, what to do if there is a "smell" from production, and contact information if I have any questions or concerns. It made me feel like my purchase mattered and I was a valued customer. The boards work great and have reduced the need for cumbersome positioning. The grid ensures that everything is perfectly aligned. i am so satisfied I don't know if this company sells additional products, but if they do and I'm in the market, I'll definitely choose Caliber Art because of this 'extra effort'.
