Perfect for what I do

The cutting mat arrived early and was packaged nicely. I've never owned a cutting mat so I don't have a lot to compare it to, but it's been a wonderful tool for my projects. It protects my table from cuts, my spinning blades from premature blunting, and I love the fact that it spins easily.

  • Nice item
Cons

Rolling Mat with Convenient 17 " Cutting Area

This mat is well made. With a 17" handy mat, it is suitable for cutting blocks up to 16.5". It's too big for small blocks. like 2.5" hst. For that I would recommend a 7" if you want a spinning one. Storage can be an issue. It's not fragile, but it sits higher than my other mats and isn't safe to store on its side. very good stuff and lazy susan can be helpful.

  • Satisfied
Cons
  • No Mold Required

Surface a little slippery

I have another major brand spinning mat, this one spins much easier and sticks together better (top doesn't come off base like the other). The lines are easy to read and it's a handy size. I deducted a star because the surface is quite hard and a bit slippery. I like the surface to be a bit more grippy so the fabric stays in place; I have to press very hard on the ruler to keep the fabric from sliding on the mat. My husband suggested I sand it down with medium grit sandpaper, which sounds like…

Excellent customer service

I love my cutting boards! I bought 18x18 and 8x8 boards and they were exactly as described. Before my boards arrived, I received an email explaining how to care for the boards, what to do if there is a "smell" from production, and contact information if I have any questions or concerns. It made me feel like my purchase mattered and I was a valued customer. The boards work great and have reduced the need for cumbersome positioning. The grid ensures that everything is perfectly aligned. i am so…

Great price for one product

I have to admit I've only had the cutting mats for a week (I bought an 8" square and an 18" square). So far, so good. The surface of the mats is really wonderful and heals quickly. As far as I can tell, the rotating part doesn't detach from the base; I love this feature. If I find myself wrong I will correct this review. Also, the mat gets a bit harder than my round Martelli mat (but I don't really like the surface of my Martelli spinning mat) and my 8 inch Fiskar mat. The Fiskar mat doesn't…
