Review on 🍳 Cuisinart DCC-2400RC: 12-Cup Stainless Thermal Carafe for DGB-900BC, DCC-2400 and DCC-2700 - Black by Alisa Jones

I have had two Cuisinart coffee makers with a 12 cup carafe. Bought to replace a carafe that had the plastic handle and top detached from the metal part. Now that I've been using the carafe for a couple of weeks, it's so frustrating that the coffee either drips from the bottom of the neck or between the plastic and metal parts when pouring. It's worse when it's full, but you're wasting your coffee and cleaning the counter every time you refill it. I will reconsider my next coffee pot. I have a friend who has the same brand but a 10 cup carafe and it also drips all the time. I bought a new lid for it hoping it would fix the problem but it didn't help so I'm assuming the problem is with the design of the carafe.
