The ability for us to monitor our customers websites very closely without having to go into each one manually. It also allows me to set rules and alerts when something happens or if someone is trying to hack my sites. I really like the reports it generates too! We are able to see what's going on with all of our clients' sites at once instead of individually. There were some bugs here and there but nothing bad enough where we couldn't continue using it. If you're looking for an easy way to monitor your server logs then this might be perfect for you. You can easily check out any website from home, work, school, etc.
