Review on ๐Ÿ”ฅ Enhance Braking Performance with Kevlar Fiber and Copper Bike Disc Brake Pads for Avid Elixir - Powerful, Quiet, and Durable by Michael Wiley

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Junk for more than city riding

If you're serious about mountain biking, don't buy these pads. I figured I could handle the lower pad on my spirited db-3 brake kit, which has been damn reliable for the past three years, so I replaced the pads and ran them in. On the first real ride down a steep descent, my front brake softened very quickly and smelled very hot. They didn't return the good brake feel, so I'll use branded pads.
