EDIT: The lightbulb stopped working after a few months. I replaced it with another one from Deuce and after a month when it's on it's incredibly dark. You are now completely useless. DO NOT BUY. I bought this in the hope that it would be brighter than the traditional bulb previously installed in our microwave countertop light. It *may* be a little brighter than the old lamp, but not much. I think the energy saving might be worth it (the old bulb got hot enough to cook), but I think next time I'll look for something brighter. "Powerful light mode. Our microwave has a HIGH and LOW light setting, and about 50% of the time you switch to LOW (which is part of the button cycle to turn off) the bulb will flicker. The other 50% of the time Time is fine, but we're not using low power, so it doesn't matter.
