I've been using this vacuum fairly extensively for a week and still haven't had any problems. I already own a few robot vacuums and it's safe to say they're getting better every year. In my photos you can see the Samsung compared to the Shark IQ and the Narwhal robotic mop/vacuum, which I only use for mopping. Compared to the Shark IQ, I like my Samsung better... for several reasons. The main reason is that Samsung adjusts its performance based on the surface and amount of dirt it hits (watch the video and hear it hit my mat). I would say Shark is a bit tankier. than my Samsung as my Samsung seems a little easier to get fixated on things like cords or losing a cord. Battery life is about the same on both, and both will stop charging and resume vacuuming once fully charged. clean. The app keeps telling me it's offline when I open it, which can be a bit annoying. I assume they will fix it. One of the main differences with this vacuum cleaner is that it uses bags instead of a dustbin. If you are allergic, bags may be suitable for you. Personally, I like my Shark bin better because I don't have to buy bags. However, the cases for Samsung are really easy to load and seem to last a while. Overall I'm very happy with it. He seems very good at avoiding collisions with things and he's my fastest robot so far, so I'm happy!
