If you want to add Bluetooth and Aux-in without replacing your factory stereo, this is the best way. I used this on a 2007 Murano SL with no navigation and it connected and worked in about 30 minutes. It integrates beautifully with the track and artist display and playback controls. Before discovering this product, I tried all other ways to add Bluetooth. I first tried replacing the entire stereo head unit with a dashboard, but the Murano Metra kit didn't fit properly and the dashboard interface wasn't as nice as the factory unit (rubber buttons instead of pretty buttons). . So it was a bust. I then grabbed a Bluetooth FM transmitter and used it for a while, which was certainly easy in terms of effort, but the sound quality was poor. This device combines these two options perfectly. It is easier to install than the dash and head unit - no splicing required. Simply plug the appropriate wiring harness between the factory wiring harness, plug everything back in and connect to the BT45 box. The sound quality is excellent and I love how it integrates with the factory stereo interface. On my car it just replaced the radio tuning knob. The track change buttons or radio settings change the track. The Cat/Folder button toggles between BT and AUX mode. The steering wheel controls operation and route information is displayed on the top screen. It is really fantastic and I am very happy with this product. Highly recommend if you have a compatible car! Note: I haven't actually used the phone call mode (I didn't even plug in a microphone), so I can't comment on this feature.
