I'm about 5ft 5in, 120 and 34A, I have a small that fits me a little but is still comfortable enough to have full range of motion when exercising . A medium would probably fit too if I wanted a looser fit, but for swimming/kayaking/kayaking a tighter fit was a better choice. No sunburn, tan or anything after 6 hours on the water under the scorching sun, despite the heat and humidity. It didn't bother me at all and I felt very comfortable throughout the day. I bought an all white top - it's a bit see through when dry and obviously more when wet, so wear a bikini lol. It was machine washable but I chose to air dry it. shirt as it is a quick drying material anyway and I thought it would last longer that way. I am very happy with this purchase and will consider purchasing another!
