I like that they are able to do all of my payroll for me (and have been since 2010). They also offer an online portal where you don't need software or hardware if your computer is connected to the internet - so it's not limited by location as much as other companies. The only thing i dislike about them was having more than one person doing their work in house. It took longer because there were multiple people involved with every task. If you're looking for someone who will help get everything done quickly AND accurately then this may be right up your alley! We've saved tons of time over our last 10 years using these guys.
